Most importantly, don’t feel guilty about past avarice, don't panic or develop stress. Have the confidence to know that you will survive. Know that it will be different. Know that you will change.

Times are in constant flux, and that has always been the case. In the US there were recessions in 1953 - 1954, 1957-1958,1960-1961 and many since.

If you plan ahead and execute well, I’m sure you will survive and surpass this crisis. And, pass frugality and thriftiness on to your heirs and successors.
